Okay, I can't get the Random Generator to freeze on a given picture, but when I typed in the number of comments and hit generate, the number 8 came up. So the lucky winner is: Lulu and her comment below.

It's hard to choose a favorite dog breed, they are all so cuddly and lovable! I have to be partial to my current dog and say I love Miniature Pinschers! Gotta be loyal to Cowboy!
